As an Account Manager at Baselayer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with C-suite executives and client teams. Your role will involve understanding client needs, driving account growth through upsells and renewals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success. You will act as the primary point of contact for major financial institutions, payment providers, and fintech companies, ensuring they derive maximum value from Baselayer's solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in business development, customer success, or implementation roles within fast-paced environments such as startups, management consulting, banking, or venture capital. A clear understanding of how financial institutions adopt and operationalize compliance and fraud tools is essential. Excellent communication skills, confidence in engaging with C-level stakeholders, and a proactive, self-starting attitude are crucial for success in this role.

Compensation for this position includes a base salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000, complemented by equity and variable compensation through commissions.
