Account Manager- Client Success - Hybrid
As an Account Manager in the Client Success team at Experian, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing client relationships post-sale. This position is integral to ensuring clients achieve measurable outcomes through Experian's data and technology solutions. Operating within a hybrid work environment, you will collaborate closely with various internal teams to deliver exceptional service and drive client satisfaction.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing and strengthening client relationships across a defined portfolio to drive retention and renewal outcomes. You will generate new sales opportunities through proactive outbound engagement and timely inbound follow-up via calls and emails. Additionally, you will deeply understand customer needs and requirements to ensure solutions delivered align with client objectives. Collaborating with Solutioning, Product, Delivery, and Data teams, you will support effective solution design and implementation. Researching accounts, mapping key stakeholders, and proactively building and maintaining relationships at multiple levels will also be key aspects of your role. Partnering with Sales Directors to build pipeline and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, as well as responding promptly to all internal and external queries to support an excellent client experience, are essential duties.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional relationship-building skills, enabling quick connections with clients and effective collaboration with Sales, Product, Delivery, and Data Operations teams. Strong time-management and prioritization abilities are crucial for balancing proactive engagement, renewals, and issue resolution. Commercial instincts to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, along with a meticulous eye for detail in reporting, forecasting, and day-to-day client communication, are essential. Clear and compelling communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, as well as a results-driven mindset with a proactive, self-driven approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is also necessary.
