As an Account Manager at Scorpion Enterprises, LLC, you will serve as the primary strategic partner for our clients, building and nurturing strong relationships while acting as their main point of contact. You will oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns that align with client objectives, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of Scorpion’s products, systems, and platforms, as well as a strong grasp of digital marketing strategies across SEO, paid advertising, social media, and more. Your ability to translate client goals into actionable strategies will position you as a trusted advisor, driving long-term success and measurable results.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs, objectives, and business goals. You will develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies in collaboration with our internal teams, encompassing SEO, paid advertising, social media management, chat, and content marketing, to achieve client objectives. Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements to clients, covering SEO, PPC, and social media KPIs, will be essential. Additionally, identifying opportunities for upselling and expanding our services within existing client accounts, working closely with internal teams to ensure client success, and managing client budgets to achieve campaign objectives and return on investment are key aspects of the role.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in client-facing account management is required, along with a proven track record of upselling and growing client accounts. Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, understand their needs, and deliver results is essential. Experience working with cross-functional teams to execute client strategies is also necessary. A strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tactics, including SEO, social media, and paid advertising, is crucial. Excellent attention to detail, with a keen understanding of budget constraints and project management, exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform well under pressure are all important qualities. Eagerness to learn new tools, platforms, and industry best practices is also valued.

Compensation for this role includes a base salary range of $60,000 to $80,000, exclusive of fringe benefits. The final base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses or commissions.
