As a Sales Account Executive at Scorpion Enterprises, LLC, you will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge digital marketing solutions tailored for legal clients. Your primary responsibilities will include driving new business by effectively communicating our platform's value to business owners and executives. You will conduct engaging product demonstrations, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and focus on selling digital marketing solutions to legal clients in specific verticals such as personal injury, family, criminal, and employment law. Becoming an expert in our products, you will conduct discovery calls, customize demos, and present tailored solutions to prospective clients. Consistently exceeding monthly recurring revenue targets and closing deals with a solution-based sales approach will be key to your success.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of full-cycle sales experience in the legal sector, specifically in digital marketing solutions. A proven track record of independently managing, developing, and closing new client relationships while achieving over $5,000 in monthly recurring revenue is essential. Experience transitioning from a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) role to a selling position is preferred. Proficiency in Salesforce, Seismic, Chili Piper, Spiff, CanIRank, and Zoom is required. A collaborative spirit and a passion for customer success are also important attributes.
