SEO Manager
As an SEO Manager at Scorpion Enterprises, LLC, you will collaborate closely with Account Managers and clients to enhance organic search performance and deliver measurable results. This client-facing role involves guiding SEO strategy, supporting implementation plans, and identifying opportunities to expand product value through thoughtful recommendations. You will contribute to client success, product growth, and continuous performance improvement within a team dedicated to helping local businesses thrive.
Your key responsibilities will include direct communication with Account Managers and clients to address their questions and ensure overall product satisfaction. You will support Account Managers in driving product revenue growth through effective upselling presentations and related information. Additionally, you will provide reactive SEO work as needed to address client concerns and optimize performance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and client success.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 2 years of SEO and client-facing digital marketing experience is required. You should have a solid understanding of organic ranking strategies and SEO best practices, experience using SEO tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities and execute plans on schedule. Comfort in communicating recommendations to partners or clients and experience supporting revenue growth or upsell conversations are also desirable.
Scorpion Enterprises offers a base salary range of $65,000 to $75,000, exclusive of fringe benefits. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses or commissions.
