Account Manager
Focus Financial Partners is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our esteemed business management division. This role involves managing the financial and tax affairs of high-profile clients in the entertainment industry, including directors, actors, producers, musicians, and major concert tours. The successful candidate will oversee the daily business, personal, and financial matters of assigned clients, contributing to a team that values collaboration and excellence.
Key responsibilities include handling day-to-day business transactions for high-net-worth entertainment clients, with a strong emphasis on touring and payroll management. The Account Manager will manage multiple client quarterly tax filings, including international taxes, create meeting packets, oversee music touring budgets and tour reconciliations, prepare monthly financial statements and cash flow reports, and monitor personal and business insurance lines, including renewals and claims. Additionally, the role involves supporting partners in client communications and collaborating with the management team on various projects.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in business or accounting and have a minimum of four years of experience in business management, particularly with large international touring. Proficiency in Excel, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities with attention to detail, and robust critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential. Preferred qualifications include CPA certification and knowledge of Datafaction accounting software and Datafaction Imaging.
This exempt position offers an annual base salary ranging from $95,000 to $115,000, with actual compensation dependent on factors such as experience, expertise, and geographic location. The total compensation package includes an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package featuring medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
