Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Account Manager to join our Manila-based team, focused exclusively on expansion and growth within existing SMB and Lower Mid-Market accounts. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing expansion opportunities across an assigned book of business.
The primary objective is to drive revenue growth by expanding contracted products, increasing contract value, and partnering closely with Customer Success, Renewals, and CDRs to maximize long-term customer value.
This is a quota-carrying role instrumental in scaling our growth engine and supporting our global revenue strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue & Growth Ownership
· Own and deliver expansion quota through upsell and cross-sell motions within an assigned portfolio of SMB and Lower Mid-Market customers
· Proactively identify expansion opportunities based on product usage, business needs, organizational changes, and market trends
· Build and maintain a healthy, predictable expansion pipeline aligned to monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Customer Engagement & Deal Execution
· Lead consultative sales conversations with existing customers to uncover growth opportunities and position additional products and services
