Wrike is seeking a driven and consultative Account Manager L4 to join our Commercial Expansion team. In this role, you will build meaningful client relationships and uncover opportunities to expand Wrike's footprint within your portfolio of established accounts. Using your strategic mindset and solution-focused approach, you'll help customers maximize their investment while driving our continued growth.

As an Account Manager L4, your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic account plans that drive expansion within your assigned book of business. You will manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and close. Proactively engaging with accounts through targeted outreach initiatives, conducting consultative discovery calls, and delivering compelling demonstrations are key aspects of the role. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of successful commercial sales experience, with a proven track record of consistent achievement in the SaaS industry. A minimum of 3 years' experience as an Account Manager responsible for an install account base is required. Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, experience expanding relationships within existing accounts through consultative selling, and strong proficiency with outbound prospecting strategies are essential. Exceptional communication skills and proficiency with sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDIC, or Solution Selling are also desired.

Wrike offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary plus an uncapped commission structure that rewards performance.
