Customer Success Engineer
Wrike is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Engineer to help customers maximize the value they gain from our platform. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor, working closely with customers, platform users, and internal teams to align Wrike’s capabilities with business goals. This is a highly collaborative, customer-facing position that combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and relationship management.
Key responsibilities include serving as a technical expert on Wrike’s platform, providing advanced product guidance, supporting customers through training sessions and workshops, identifying workflow improvement opportunities, and acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders. You will also manage complex customer engagements, collaborate with internal teams to drive long-term customer outcomes, and lead customer escalations to ensure timely issue resolution.
The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Solutions Consulting, or a similar customer-facing role, ideally in a SaaS environment. Proven technical expertise, including experience building integrations between platforms, is essential. Strong communication and facilitation skills, hands-on experience in technical problem-solving, and a proactive approach to continuous learning are also required.
