As a Lead Solutions Consultant at Wrike, you will be a strategic partner to the sales team, owning the technical aspects of the sales process. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives on high-value opportunities, leading discovery sessions, solution design, and delivering value-based demonstrations to help customers effectively evaluate Wrike's work management platform.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting technical discovery sessions to translate business needs into Wrike solutions, designing and delivering custom demonstrations that may involve integrations with ERP, DAM, financial systems, BI tools, and more. You will manage proof-of-concept processes and technical evaluations to support successful sales outcomes, and deliver compelling, value-based presentations to stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience, along with 8+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or a similar technical sales role. Strong customer-facing experience, expertise in enterprise applications, cloud and on-premise architecture, system integrations, and security are essential. Additionally, fluency in German and a deep understanding of the DACH market are required.
