Account Manager m/w/d

As an Account Manager at Wolt, you will be an integral part of our Account Management Team, responsible for ensuring the success of our existing restaurant partners in Munich, Germany. Wolt is a rapidly growing technology company that began with restaurant food delivery in 2014 and has since expanded to offer delivery of almost everything in over 500 cities across 30 countries. In 2022, Wolt joined forces with DoorDash, continuing to dream big and expand globally.

In this role, you will manage your own portfolio of restaurant partners, building strong relationships and providing analytical after-sales support to enhance their performance. Your daily tasks will include analyzing portfolio performance, conducting regular quality and satisfaction checks, and maintaining regular communication with partners. Additionally, you will introduce new services and marketing campaigns to existing partners, collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns, and monitor local market trends and competitor activities.

The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in account management, sales, project management, customer support, consulting, or marketing. Fluency in German and conversational proficiency in English are required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a solid understanding of sales principles, excellent time management abilities, and a proactive attitude are essential. Experience with analytical dashboards such as Looker or Power BI, as well as advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, is also expected.
