Account Manager, Paid Search (maternity cover)
The Account Manager, Paid Search (maternity cover) at WPP Media is a temporary position based in London, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Paid Search Account Director and other digital teams within Mindshare's Channels & Solutions department to deliver integrated multi-channel campaigns.
Key responsibilities include conducting regular health checks on accounts to ensure optimal setup and performance, proactively optimizing campaigns by monitoring market changes and identifying development opportunities, and creating and executing development and testing plans, including media owner betas where possible. The Account Manager will also prepare presentations, lead client calls and face-to-face meetings, and work with the Account Director to devise and implement campaign strategies.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in managing large paid search accounts and teams, with expert knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and SA360. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, reporting, and analysis, is required. A proactive approach, with a proven ability to bring new ideas to the table, and a developed understanding of tracking and attribution are also important.
