Account Manager, Search
As a Paid Search Manager at WPP Media, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing paid search marketing campaigns for a prestigious pharmaceutical client. This role involves managing paid search placements across various platforms, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet agreed-upon KPIs. You will play a vital part in implementing innovative buying techniques and contributing to the creation of hyper-personalized and impactful media experiences that drive desire for our clients’ brands.
Key responsibilities include executing and managing paid search campaigns across designated platforms, managing campaign pacing and performance, developing and refining keyword strategies, writing compelling ad copy, and implementing effective bidding strategies. You will also be responsible for managing media budgets, preparing performance reports, analyzing data to identify trends and optimization opportunities, and presenting campaign results to internal teams. Additionally, you will cultivate and maintain effective relationships with platform representatives and stay informed about platform updates and new opportunities within the paid search landscape.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in paid search, with current certifications in Google and Microsoft Ads. Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for handling data are essential, along with the ability to devise campaign strategies and translate them into effective delivery. Experience in managing individuals, overseeing their work and development, and motivating team members is also required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and key suppliers.
