Account Manager, Social
The Account Manager, Social at WPP Media is responsible for developing and executing paid social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Snap, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. This role involves managing day-to-day paid social initiatives for clients, ensuring that campaigns align with business objectives and deliver optimal performance. The Account Manager will work closely with internal teams and clients to create and implement strategic paid social plans that meet and exceed client goals.
Key responsibilities include managing paid social media campaigns, creating and executing strategic plans, defining campaign strategies, and delivering on account management business processes. The Account Manager will also be responsible for forecasting, generating, and maximizing revenue opportunities with clients, as well as monitoring, tracking, evaluating, and optimizing campaign performance to ensure maximum client investment. Collaboration with internal biddable teams and sister media agencies is essential to develop cross-functional campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience planning and executing paid social campaigns, with in-depth knowledge of platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Snap, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. A minimum of 2-3 years of paid social experience is required, along with great attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to interact professionally with clients in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, and a technical and analytical mindset are also important.
