Account Operations Specialist – Retail

Wolt is seeking an Account Operations Specialist to join our Retail Operations team in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the operational performance of our retail partners, ensuring a seamless experience for both merchants and customers. This position offers a hybrid work model, combining fieldwork, office collaboration, and remote work.

As an Account Operations Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include leading the local implementation of global operational initiatives, managing projects aimed at improving picking efficiency and inventory accuracy, and analyzing key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. You will collaborate closely with merchants, Account Managers, and regional stakeholders to reduce unfulfilled items and cancellations, while developing scalable best practices across the country.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in retail, supply chain, operations management, or a related field within e-commerce. Strong analytical skills, proficiency with operational data tools such as Excel or Looker, and a proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion are essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, along with fluency in English and Hebrew, are required.
