Accounts Payable Assistant

ClearScore Technology Limited is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their finance team in London. This role offers the opportunity to support ClearScore's growth across multiple countries, including the UK, South Africa, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. In this position, the Accounts Payable Assistant will manage the end-to-end purchase order process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices across all ClearScore Group entities. Responsibilities also include preparing and processing weekly payment runs, performing bank and supplier reconciliations, and acting as the primary point of contact for employee and supplier-related queries. Additionally, the role involves maintaining strong financial controls and supporting the management of ClearScore's employee expense reimbursement process.

Ideal candidates should possess a strong educational background with a high level of numeracy and a proven track record in accounts payable, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Familiarity with accounts payable processing software, such as Tipalti and/or Sage Intacct, is advantageous. Exceptional attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to process improvement are essential.
