Accounts Receivable Fraud Screening Specialist (US/ Night shift)

Fictiv is seeking an Accounts Receivable Fraud Screening Specialist to join our team during the US night shift. This role is integral to our finance department, focusing on evaluating customer credit and mitigating fraud risks. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting daily customer credit evaluations, analyzing credit exposure for both new and existing customers using tools like D&B Reports, and identifying potential fraud trends. Your duties will also include updating customer information systems, maintaining logs of registration outcomes, and performing other accounting tasks as assigned by the Credit Supervisor or Credit Manager.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, and possesses a minimum of two years' experience in a Credit or Collections department. Experience in fraud mitigation is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail are essential.
