Accounts Receivable Specialist (US/ Night shift)

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Fictiv, you will be an integral part of our finance team, focusing on evaluating customer credit and managing accounts receivable processes. This role is based in our Bengaluru, India office and requires working during U.S. night shift hours to align with our global operations.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting daily customer credit evaluations, assisting the credit manager with credit reviews, and handling a high volume of incoming requests with accuracy. You will also be tasked with identifying and communicating fraud trends among new customers, updating customer information in our systems, and maintaining logs for various registration outcomes.

We are seeking candidates with a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields, and a minimum of two years' experience in a credit or collections department. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
