Administrative Assistant

Financial Technology Partners (FT Partners) is seeking a polished, proactive, and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our Analysts, Associates, Vice Presidents, and Directors in the San Francisco office. This role is integral to the daily operations of the firm, ensuring seamless communication and coordination within a dynamic investment banking environment dedicated exclusively to the financial technology sector.

The Administrative Assistant will manage calendars, schedule meetings, handle email correspondence, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior team members. Responsibilities also include serving as the first point of contact for guests, overseeing conference room scheduling, managing catering logistics for meetings and events, assisting partners with personal tasks, maintaining office and kitchen supplies, supporting document management functions, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of shared office spaces.

Candidates should possess 2–4 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within professional or financial services environments. Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) is required, along with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced setting. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and U.S. work authorization is required.

FT Partners offers a competitive base salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience.
