This role is integral to maintaining efficient administrative operations across our global offices.

The Administrative Specialist will oversee the management of domestic and international office leases and insurance, ensuring all agreements are up-to-date and compliant. Responsibilities include reviewing and processing monthly rental invoices, supporting overseas employees with their office needs, coordinating travel arrangements and reimbursements, maintaining vendor relationships, and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.

Candidates should possess 2 to 3 years of relevant administrative experience, with a preference for those who have supported international operations. Proficiency in both Chinese and English is essential for effective communication with global stakeholders. Expertise in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) is required, along with experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini to enhance administrative efficiency.
