Advisory and Consultancy Manager

The Advisory and Consultancy Manager at Diligent Corporation leads client implementations of Diligent's Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. This role involves translating client goals into clear solution designs and implementation plans that drive tangible GRC outcomes. The manager coordinates cross-functional project teams, including Advisory Specialists, Customer Success, Sales, and Product, providing clear direction and managing risks. Additionally, the role supports commercial teams during pre-sales and post-sales to grow the client base and ensure client satisfaction. Facilitating client workshops and training sessions to build user confidence and adoption is also a key responsibility. The manager owns project communication and stakeholder management, providing status updates and ensuring issues are promptly resolved. Capturing lessons learned and continuously improving delivery approaches by contributing to playbooks and best practices is expected. Required qualifications include solid experience managing client-facing implementation or consulting projects, ideally in SaaS, professional services, audit, risk, compliance, or governance. The candidate should have proven ability to run multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organization and stakeholder management skills. Confidence in leading client workshops and training sessions, with excellent written and verbal communication in English, is essential. Comfort working with tech platforms or complex workflows, a collaborative mindset, and eligibility to work in the hiring location are also required. Preferred qualifications include experience with GRC processes and frameworks, prior exposure to Diligent products or similar platforms, experience mentoring junior consultants, familiarity with project management approaches and tools, and comfort working in a global, matrixed environment.
