Awin is seeking a confident and motivated individual to join our Account Management team as an Affiliate Account Manager. In this role, you will play an integral part in managing and optimizing affiliate programs for a diverse range of brands across the United States. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your program management skills within a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

As the primary point of contact for assigned clients, you will assume full ownership of their affiliate programs. Your responsibilities will include providing training, guidance, and ongoing support to clients, implementing strategic affiliate initiatives to meet their objectives, and proactively recruiting new affiliates to enhance program performance. Additionally, you will monitor daily affiliate activities to ensure network compliance and program health.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of account management experience in affiliate marketing or a related field. A high level of knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry, including commission models, tracking solutions, and various affiliate types, is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with MS Office suite (specifically Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau), and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are also required.

Awin offers a competitive compensation range of $60,000 to $67,000 annually.
