Affiliate manager

RISK is a pioneering company in the gaming and wagering industry, dedicated to exploring new frontiers in digital entertainment and betting. We are seeking an Affiliate Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the expansion of our affiliate program.

In this role, you will be responsible for expanding the affiliate program, growing existing relationships, and opening new opportunities for collaboration. You will build strong, long-term relationships and maintain frequent contact with partners. Additionally, you will review and improve existing agreements to maximize revenue and traffic quality, negotiate and optimize each partnership to ensure business goals and objectives are met, monitor and analyze traffic performance on a daily basis, improve traffic quality and scale volumes, and attend conferences to network with current and potential partners.

The ideal candidate will have an intermediate level of English and at least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing. Experience working with a budget of $100,000 or more and managing a large number of partners is essential. Proficiency in analytics to assess campaign effectiveness, familiarity with Excel, and an understanding of traffic purchase sources, funnels, and purchase models are required. Research skills and experience in the gambling vertical are advantageous. Willingness to travel to conferences is also necessary.
