The company is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to join its dynamic team.

The Senior CRM Manager will be responsible for developing and optimizing automated campaigns, including welcome, activation, and reactivation chains aimed at increasing player engagement and retention. This role involves creating personalized campaigns for various player segments, such as newcomers, active players, and dormant users. Additionally, the manager will engage with the active player base through multiple channels, including email, SMS, in-app notifications, sliders, and social media, while segmenting players based on gaming activity, preferences, turnover, deposit amounts, and average deposits to create targeted offers.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing CRM campaign performance metrics such as Open Rate (OR), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Bonus Rate, Activation Rate (AR), Retention Rate (RR), Daily Active Users (DAU), Weekly Active Users (WAU), and Monthly Active Users (MAU). The manager will prepare reports and conduct campaign analyses to improve future promotions and strategies, conduct A/B testing for CRM campaigns to optimize effectiveness, and continuously improve communication chains and promotions based on data analysis. The role also involves initiating and developing new ideas for promotions and campaigns to enhance player activity and retention, managing the full process of promotions from concept through to launch and post-launch analysis, and working closely with the product, design, and copywriting teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have over three years of CRM experience in the gambling or betting industry, experience in building a full-cycle player journey, and the ability to create and test hypotheses to improve the user funnel. A readiness for high workload and dynamic work environments, high analytical skills, and an understanding of casino player behavior are essential. A background with Tier 1-2 markets is also preferred.
