Middle Budget Controller

The Middle Budget Controller will join a dynamic team dedicated to maintaining financial accuracy and supporting strategic initiatives within this rapidly expanding organization.
The Middle Budget Controller will oversee and ensure compliance with company budgets and financial plans. Key responsibilities include reviewing and approving expense requests, managing their submission into the 1C system, controlling financial transactions to ensure correct expense allocation, monitoring payment processes, and coordinating approval workflows. Additionally, the role involves communicating with internal stakeholders regarding payments and budget-related matters, participating in the budgeting process—including updates and forecasting—and consolidating financial data for analysis and reporting. The controller will also perform ad hoc financial control and analysis tasks as needed.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance-related role, ideally in controlling or financial analysis positions. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is required, along with experience using 1C and task management tools such as Asana or similar platforms. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is essential. Applicants must have a solid understanding of managerial accounting principles, familiarity with budgeting processes and cost allocation methodologies, and an intermediate level of English proficiency. Native Ukrainian language skills are also required.
