Senior Product Manager

RISK Inc., an international iGaming company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. With over 1,000 professionals across 20+ locations, we operate in 10 countries, serving more than 300,000 customers. Our expertise spans iGaming operations, digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics.

In this role, you will drive improvements in user engagement and motivation through gamification strategies. You will analyze and optimize both marketing and organic funnels to increase conversion rates, identify and validate hypotheses aimed at enhancing user experience and retention, monitor product performance, and ensure the smooth operation of all key processes. Additionally, you will oversee domain management and handle maintenance-related tasks within the product ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has over two years of experience as a Product Manager, with a solid understanding of both paid and organic traffic funnels. Experience in conversion rate optimization and funnel improvement is essential, along with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to build data-based hypotheses. A deep understanding of user motivation and decision-making behavior is crucial. Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus.
