The Affiliate Manager (Korean) role at Forward involves attracting, onboarding, and managing new affiliate partners within the Korean market. The successful candidate will set up and optimize affiliate campaigns to achieve maximum performance, analyze campaign data to implement improvements, and research local affiliate markets and trends. Additionally, the role includes reviewing and proofreading creatives in Korean to ensure cultural and linguistic accuracy.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with affiliate partners, negotiating commission models and partnership terms, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The Affiliate Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to provide affiliates with necessary resources and support, aiming to drive growth and success in the Korean market.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in iGaming affiliate marketing, a strong network within the Southeast Asian affiliate market, and fluency in both English and Korean. Hands-on experience with CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid models is essential, along with familiarity with local traffic sources and acquisition strategies. An understanding of S2S tracking is advantageous, as is solid knowledge of competitors and market dynamics.
