As an Affiliate Marketing Account Manager at Awin, you will be the primary contact for clients across various sectors, managing and optimizing their affiliate programs to achieve maximum results. You will collaborate closely with clients, colleagues, and affiliates to develop and implement impactful strategies. This role offers exposure to a diverse range of brands and the opportunity to enhance your analytical and strategic skills within a dynamic industry.

Your key responsibilities will include delivering excellent service and relationship management to clients and agencies, generating performance reports with insightful analysis, and initiating ideas to grow affiliate activities in line with client needs. You will also be responsible for optimizing existing publisher relationships, recruiting new affiliates, and ensuring that all campaigns utilize the latest technology and tracking optimizations.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of account management experience in a relevant digital marketing role, strong numerical skills with proficiency in MS Office packages, and the ability to identify areas of opportunity and risk. Excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to ownership and accountability are essential. Experience with creating forecasts and justifying the rationale is also desirable.
