The AI Factory Customer Engineer at Armada serves as the primary technical liaison between customers and the company's Product and Engineering teams. This role is crucial in translating complex AI infrastructure and data center architectures into practical solutions tailored to customer needs. Key responsibilities include providing expert technical guidance on Armada's AI Factory products, such as Modular Data Centers and GPU-based systems from partners like NVIDIA. Additionally, the role involves cultivating trusted-advisor relationships with customer engineering, infrastructure, IT, OT, and security stakeholders, ensuring that customer requirements and feedback are accurately represented and incorporated into solution designs.
