AI Factory Customer Engineer
The AI Factory Customer Engineer at Armada serves as the primary technical liaison between customers and the company's Product and Engineering teams. This role is crucial in translating complex AI infrastructure and data center architectures into practical solutions tailored to customer needs. Key responsibilities include providing expert technical guidance on Armada's AI Factory products, such as Modular Data Centers (MDCs), liquid-cooled data center designs, and GPU-based systems from partners like NVIDIA. The Customer Engineer will lead technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and workshops, ensuring that customer requirements and feedback are accurately represented and incorporated into solution designs. Additionally, the role involves engaging with renewable energy operators and other strategic partners to articulate the value proposition of Armada's modular AI compute deployments.
The ideal candidate possesses deep technical credibility with hands-on infrastructure experience, particularly in areas like liquid-cooling, modular data centers, and NVIDIA architectures.
