AI Factory Customer Engineer
The AI Factory Customer Engineer at Armada serves as the primary technical liaison between customers and the company's Product and Engineering teams. This role is crucial in translating complex AI infrastructure and data center architectures into practical solutions tailored to customer needs. Key responsibilities include providing expert technical guidance on Armada's AI Factory products, such as Modular Data Centers (MDCs) and GPU-based systems from partners like NVIDIA. The engineer will lead technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and workshops, tailoring content to customer constraints and operational realities. Additionally, the role involves cultivating trusted-advisor relationships with customer engineering, infrastructure, IT, OT, and security stakeholders, ensuring that customer requirements and feedback are accurately represented and incorporated into solution designs.
The ideal candidate will possess deep technical credibility with hands-on infrastructure experience, particularly in liquid-cooling, modular data centers, and NVIDIA architectures. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for translating complex technical concepts into clear, customer-relevant narratives. An engineering-first mindset, coupled with the energy and curiosity to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, is crucial. Experience engaging with renewable energy operators and understanding their operational models will be advantageous, as the role involves articulating the value proposition of Armada's MDC platform to energy sector operators.
