Organizing the logistics of pitches, including managing collaborative tools, coordinating rehearsals, and handling invoicing, is also a key part of the role. Furthermore, the apprentice will actively participate in assembling award submissions for prestigious industry accolades, from selecting cases to crafting their narratives.

Candidates should be pursuing a Bac +4/5 degree in a business school or have a specialization in marketing, media, or project management. While prior experience in an agency or dynamic environment is advantageous, the primary focus is on motivation and curiosity. Technical skills required include proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva, with the ability to enhance presentations effectively. A fluent level of English (B2/C1 minimum) is necessary to operate comfortably in an international context. Knowledge of media monitoring tools such as Kantar, Medialand, Comvergence, or Adscope would be a valuable asset.
