The Junior Communication Analyst will join the Engagement team within the Governance division of the Technology & Innovation Business Unit at Serasa Experian. This team is responsible for internal communications, managing channels, content, and events that connect employees to the company's strategy, products, and technological initiatives.

Key responsibilities include producing written content for various internal channels such as newsletters, announcements, and executive communications. The role also involves creating and editing visual materials like banners and presentations, supporting internal events by handling invitations and organizing logistics, and performing basic video editing for internal communications. Additionally, the analyst will manage and update internal communication channels, prioritize tasks, collaborate with marketing teams, and analyze communication metrics to assess engagement.

Candidates should have or be pursuing a higher education degree and possess prior experience in communication, either through internships or a portfolio. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, and experience with tools like Canva and CapCut are required. Familiarity with communication platforms such as Teams, SharePoint, and Forms is also necessary. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Figma, basic HTML for newsletter adjustments, experience in managing communication metrics, organizing internal events, and understanding storytelling techniques.
