Analyst, Finance Operations (8 month FTC)

The Analyst, Finance Operations role at WPP Media is an 8-month fixed-term contract within the Global Client Solutions team, reporting to the Finance Operations Manager. WPP Media is WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, specializing in media planning and buying for leading global advertisers. This position is based in London and offers a hybrid working environment.

Key responsibilities include supporting the Finance Operations Manager in managing the Unbilled and Debtors process, resolving client billing issues, preparing ad-hoc client reconciliations, and implementing finance best practices across all clients. The role also involves assisting with monthly Net Working Capital preparation, client audits, SOX and year-end audits, and coordinating internal SOX control testing.

Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, be team players, and have a solid understanding of accounting principles. Essential skills include problem-solving abilities, flexibility, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Media Ocean Applications. A desire to learn and progress within the finance field is also important.
