Analyst, Product & Platform Management
The Analyst, Product & Platform Management role at Focus Financial Partners involves supporting the execution and coordination of product and platform initiatives across the organization's technology ecosystem. This position is based in St. Louis, MO, and requires collaboration with product managers, platform owners, operations teams, and business stakeholders to ensure effective prioritization, sequencing, and delivery of cross-platform initiatives.
Key responsibilities include assisting product and platform owners with cross-platform roadmap tracking, analyzing platform performance and usage trends, identifying dependencies and risks, and supporting the intake and prioritization of initiatives. The analyst will also prepare reports and presentations for leadership, coordinate with various teams on cross-platform initiatives, and help standardize documentation and metrics across platforms.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, along with at least four years of experience in product management, platform operations, business analysis, or similar roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication abilities, are essential for success in this position.
The annual base salary for this exempt position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000, depending on factors such as experience, expertise, and geographic location. Additional compensation may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package featuring medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
