ABOUT THE ROLE

Demandbase is seeking a strategic Analyst Relations Director to lead our global analyst program. Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, you will architect our market perception and ensure we are recognized as the definitive leader in Smarter GTM, ABM, and B2B Data. You will be a trusted advisor to the C-suite, translating technical roadmaps into market-shifting narratives that compel analysts to advocate for Demandbase as the industry gold standard.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Strategic Leadership: Lead a multi-year AR strategy that shifts the market narrative to Demandbase as the AI GTM solution

- Executive Advocacy: Coach the CEO, CMO, and CTPO for high-stakes briefings and strategy days to ensure consistent, high-impact messaging.

- Evaluation Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to secure "Leader" positions in major reports (e.g., Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves).

- Roadmap Influence: Synthesize analyst feedback to provide actionable insights that directly influence product development and innovation.
