As an Analyst/Senior Analyst, Execution Services, you will be a foundational part of our Transaction Services team. You will run transactions from handshake to closing, provide exceptional support to the investors, sellers, legal counsel, and companies that we work with, and help Hiive’s clients unlock the value of the private market.

In this role, your responsibilities would include:

- You will manage Hiive’s transaction services initiatives and processes, working closely with investors, sellers, legal counsel, and issuers to deliver exceptional client service and achieve outstanding outcomes.

- You will be responsible for maintaining communication templates to support transaction services, customers, processes, and products.

- Assist in ongoing management of fund investments including support for investor relations, audit, tax, and accounting.

- Compile documents and signature packages and obtain signatures as part of transaction closings.

- Work with internal and external stakeholders to manage and execute complex transactions and drive deals to closing.

- Liaise with parties to provide updates and troubleshoot issues.
