Analytics Engineer
Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm headquartered in Orlando, Florida, is seeking an Analytics Engineer to join their team in Brooklyn, New York. Founded in 1988, the firm has grown to over 6,000 employees, including more than 1,000 attorneys, with offices across all 50 states.
In this role, the Analytics Engineer will design, build, and maintain forecasting and analytical models to support strategic planning, staffing, and financial decision-making. Responsibilities include developing internal tools, automations, and production-grade model deployments to enhance the team's analytical capabilities. The position also involves analyzing complex operational and financial datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and providing analytical support for executive leadership through clear reporting and presentations.
Candidates should possess a BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, with at least 4 years of experience in data science, engineering, analytics, or forecasting within a corporate environment. Proficiency in SQL and Python (or R) for data transformation, statistical analysis, machine learning, and automation is required. Experience with modern software engineering and cloud practices, including version control (Git), cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and API development, is also necessary. Familiarity with modern BI tools, such as Power BI, and experience in building and maintaining scalable ETL/ELT workflows are advantageous.
