AR Accountant

Fictiv, a global manufacturing and supply chain company, is seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Accountant to join their team in Bengaluru, India. The company operates four global manufacturing centers in India, Mexico, China, and the U.S., providing high-quality production and supply chain solutions to organizations worldwide.

As an AR Accountant at Fictiv, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, cash application, collections, reconciliation, dispute management, and customer account maintenance. Your role will ensure accuracy, timely processing, and compliance with company policies. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and customers to resolve issues and maintain accurate records for AR operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in collections management, invoice processing, and a strong understanding of AR processes. Reconciliation skills, customer communication abilities, and problem-solving aptitude are essential. A background in accounting or finance is preferred, and proficiency in ERP systems is advantageous.
