AR Specialist

The AR Specialist at fal will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment tracking, and account reconciliation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in startup environments and enjoys solving operational challenges.

Key responsibilities include monitoring aging reports, proactively following up on outstanding invoices, and maintaining accurate customer account records. The AR Specialist will also execute collection strategies to reduce days sales outstanding (DSO) and improve cash collections, build strong relationships with customer accounts payable teams, and analyze customer payment trends to identify collection risks early.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections, preferably in a SaaS, technology, or startup environment. Strong understanding of AR processes, collections strategies, and cash application workflows is essential, along with experience with ERP/accounting systems. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong organizational skills with high attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment are also required.

Compensation for this role includes an annual salary between $100,000 and $140,000, plus equity and a comprehensive benefits package.
