Art Director
BrainRocket is seeking an experienced Art Director to join our dynamic team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a global company specializing in end-to-end tech products across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing, we have rapidly expanded our presence in multiple countries. Our team of 1,300 professionals is dedicated to creating innovative ideas and products that challenge conventional formats.
In this role, you will lead projects from the artistic side, overseeing assigned artists and ensuring the final delivery meets the project's artistic direction, technical requirements, and deadlines. Your responsibilities will include creating necessary materials from the concept phase to the final product, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and reviewing graphic materials for validity and appropriateness. Additionally, you will be responsible for quality control and identifying work process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a similar position, with a strong understanding of industry-standard practices, tools, pipelines, workflows, technical budgeting, and the challenges of real-time development. A creative mindset open to new ideas and fresh perspectives is essential, along with strong aesthetic skills and the ability to work with different art styles. You should be capable of leading, inspiring, growing, and motivating a diverse team of artists, with attention to visual details and the ability to meet deadlines and collaborate effectively. Proficiency in English and an eye for global market trends and player behavior are also required.
