Senior Graphic Designer
BrainRocket is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Warsaw, Poland. As a global company specializing in end-to-end tech products across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing, we have rapidly expanded our presence in multiple countries. Our team of 1,300 professionals is dedicated to creating innovative ideas and products that challenge conventional formats.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing visual moodboards, collecting references, and creating high-quality promotional graphic designs using a variety of Adobe, AI, and 3D tools. You will also review graphic materials to assess their validity and appropriateness, ensuring that all designs align with the company's visual standards.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of industry experience working with creative teams within a studio, preferably in branded graphic illustrations and visuals. Proficiency in photo retouching, photography, AI image creation, typography, vector shapes, and logo experiments is essential. Experience with Figma and Photoshop, along with high retouching and color correction skills, is required. Knowledge of core UI principles, product design pipelines, and experience collaborating with product design teams are also important. Additionally, the ability to create and manage artwork libraries and style guides, as well as readiness to supervise middle designers and vendors' artwork, is expected.
