Design Project Manager

BrainRocket is seeking a Design Project Manager to join our Advertising Design department in Belgrade, Serbia. As a global company specializing in end-to-end tech products across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing, we have rapidly expanded across multiple countries, including Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Poland, and Serbia. Our team of 1,300 professionals is dedicated to creating innovative ideas and products that challenge conventional formats.

In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of design tasks, from briefing to delivery, ensuring smooth execution and clear prioritization. You will act as the central coordination point between design teams and various stakeholders across marketing and PR, maintaining structured communication and supporting high-volume production workflows. Collaborating closely with Design Leads, you will plan capacity and delivery, remove blockers, and improve task clarity.

The ideal candidate has experience in an advertising agency, digital agency, or high-volume in-house marketing team, with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder creative projects. You should possess strong organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to improving processes. Proficiency in English (B2+ / C1 level) is required.
