Metropolis is seeking a strategic and dynamic Assistant Account Executive to join our fast-growing team. As a key team contributor, you will support a regional territory, driving net-new business. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in expanding Metropolis’s presence as we revolutionize parking and beyond with cutting-edge AI and computer vision technology. You’ll leverage your relationship-building skills and network to drive growth and impact.

In this role, you will identify and develop new business opportunities through various lead generation channels, including cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn, as well as networking events. You will execute a consultative sales approach to qualify leads, uncovering client pain points to create solution-oriented proposals. Additionally, you will lead client discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and formal sales presentations, ensuring all supporting documentation is prepared for client meetings.

The ideal candidate will have over two years of professional experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) role, or in client-facing positions within consulting, finance, operations, recruiting, or similar industries. Experience selling to asset managers, ownership groups, or other real estate partners—ideally within proptech, mobility, or related sectors—is highly desirable. Proficiency in sales tools and CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, is essential, along with a proven track record of success in a structured, competitive, results-driven environment.

Metropolis offers a competitive base salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, determined by factors such as qualifications, experience, and location. The total compensation package includes access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a stock option plan, and bonus plans.
