Assistant, Audience Development - AWAL
The Assistant, Audience Development at AWAL will provide administrative support to the US Audience Development team, including scheduling meetings and managing vendor setups and invoice processing. The role involves preparing weekly reports on audience growth, digital KPIs, social content highlights, and trend tracking. Additionally, the assistant will assist in research, ideation, and execution of digital campaigns, such as influencer initiatives, content distribution, and fan activations. Responsibilities also include digital partner pitching, asset coordination, artist onboarding, and maintaining internal resources and documentation.
Candidates should have previous administrative experience, preferably within the music industry, and a strong passion for music. Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office is required, with knowledge of Photoshop being advantageous. The role demands a proactive and collaborative nature, strong communication skills, and high attention to detail. Applicants must maintain confidentiality and professionalism, be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to work overtime when necessary.
