Associate Account Executive - PEO
The Associate Account Executive - PEO role at Remote involves supporting the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) sales team in building and progressing the sales pipeline across the U.S. market. This position is integral to Remote's mission of simplifying global employment by enabling businesses to recruit, pay, and manage international teams. The successful candidate will work closely with senior Account Executives to execute deals and educate prospects on the value of PEO services for workforce management and compliance.
Key responsibilities include generating and qualifying new opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up, maintaining accurate CRM data, and assisting in managing high-velocity opportunities with timely follow-up. The role also involves developing a strong understanding of Remote’s PEO offerings and market positioning, collaborating cross-functionally to support customer experience and deal progression, and contributing to messaging, outreach strategies, and sales process improvements. Meeting and exceeding activity and pipeline generation targets is essential, with a focus on continuous development toward a Senior Account Executive role.
Candidates should have experience in sales, business development, or related SaaS/HR environments, with a strong interest in HR, PEO, or global employment solutions. A high level of integrity, strong work ethic, and the ability to apply feedback quickly are important. Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills are required, along with the ability to support sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders. Comfort with engaging prospects via outbound channels and building trust and credibility with clients is necessary. Strong communication skills in English and experience with CRM tools like Salesforce are preferred. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are also important.
The annual salary range for this full-time position is $74,900 to $112,300 USD.
