Senior Product Manager
Remote is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team and contribute to the development of our global payroll platform. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that enhance the payroll experience for our customers. As a leader within the development team, you will work closely with experts across various disciplines, including operations, compliance, sales, and product marketing, to build a scalable payroll system serving over 80 markets worldwide.
In this position, you will lead efforts across engineering, design, and operations to launch high-impact projects. Your responsibilities include working with engineers, designers, and operational counterparts to develop elegant solutions to complex problems, shaping and delivering improvements in focused areas of our product, and advancing key performance indicators related to your team's goals. Additionally, you will collaborate with partner teams to align your team's roadmap with stakeholder needs and promote asynchronous workflows and transparency.
The ideal candidate has experience as a senior product manager in a multi-product, high-growth scale-up company. Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code is required, with the ability to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code or prototypes. A strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and HR functions is essential, with hands-on experience in building payroll software and systems preferred. Experience launching products or features that leverage AI, excellent strategic and tactical decision-making skills, and outstanding communication and collaboration abilities are also important. Business-level proficiency in English and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude are necessary.
