International Tax Analyst, Personal Income Tax
Remote is seeking an International Tax Analyst to join its Finance team, focusing on personal income tax and social security matters across multiple countries. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a company dedicated to simplifying global employment for businesses of all sizes.
The International Tax Analyst will assist with advisory projects on personal income tax and social security questions for all active countries. Responsibilities include determining and assessing optimal equity options and payments, collaborating with the payroll department to enhance tax efficiency regarding salary packages and benefits, evaluating local tax exposures, addressing client tax inquiries, and developing documentation resources to address recurring and potential customer questions around tax.
Candidates should have solid experience in collections, preferably within a consultancy environment, and prior experience with international taxation and financial operations. Experience with a global law firm, fintech, or startup company is advantageous. Strong negotiation and influencing skills, data-driven communication abilities, and professional experience working with large data sets are essential. The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment is also required. Fluency in English is necessary, and while remote work experience is not mandatory, it is considered a plus.
The annual salary range for this full-time position is €64,550 to €72,650 EUR.
