Associate Attorney - Employment Law

Cogentanalytics is seeking an Associate Attorney specializing in Employment Law to join our dynamic legal team. As a key member of our firm, you will work closely with experienced attorneys to provide comprehensive legal services to our diverse client base. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in employment law within a collaborative and supportive environment.

In this position, you will be responsible for handling a variety of employment-related cases, including but not limited to, workplace discrimination, wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, and compliance matters. Your day-to-day activities will involve conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings, and providing strategic counsel to clients on employment law issues.

The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to the State Bar. A minimum of 3 years of experience in employment law is preferred. Strong analytical and research skills, excellent written and oral communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple cases effectively are essential for success in this role.
