The Associate Customer Success Manager at Conga is responsible for managing a portfolio of global, complex customers who utilize Conga's solutions to enhance their revenue operations. This role involves performing detailed adoption analyses, engaging customers in joint planning to increase product adoption, and leading value realization activities such as stakeholder alignment and roadmap reviews to ensure continuous improvement of Conga's solutions within the customer's environment. Additionally, the Associate Customer Success Manager acts as a facilitator, coach, and consultant, fostering strong relationships and ensuring technical issues are resolved efficiently by coordinating with internal Conga teams.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, leveraging product expertise to serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on usage and adoption recommendations, identifying and mitigating risks, and driving customer advocacy. The role also involves collaborating cross-functionally within Conga to deliver strong customer outcomes and improve customer retention and sentiment through expert product support.

Required qualifications for this position include a bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience, 2-4 years in a customer-facing role (such as Customer Success, Sales, SDR/BDR, or Technical Support) working with a range of European customers, and proficiency in English at a native or C2 level, along with native or C2 level proficiency in French or German. Candidates should possess a consultative mindset, proactive collaboration skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, technical proficiency with tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Office, adaptability to high-growth environments, a focus on customer retention, and the ability to align cross-functional teams to deliver strong customer outcomes. Experience with SaaS/cloud solutions, particularly in CLM, CPQ, Salesforce, or Conga products, is highly desirable.
